Project summary
Problem statement
❌
Inefficient interface: The MVP suffered from poor user feedback due to its unintuitive interface and complex navigation.
❌
Limited collaboration: The existing system using Pipefy restricted real-time interaction and tracking between TAMs and companies.
Goal
🎯
Enhance user interface: Overhaul the UI to create a more intuitive and efficient user experience.
🎯
Implement features that enable effective collaboration and transparent tracking.
Solution & Impact
👉
The focus was on simplifying navigation and improving data visualization to make the system more intuitive and user-friendly. The redesigned platform significantly improved efficiency and collaboration
Design process
I worked on this project through a process, from conducting a needs analysis to developing and testing a prototype with end users to validate the solution.

Interview workshop
Conducted interviews with TAMs, companies, and the Product Owner to deeply understand the challenges and requirements. This phase involved listening the essential features for the MVP and planning for an advanced version based on collected feedback
Aligning goals with user requirements
After gathering insightful feedback from Talent Account Managers (TAMs), we initiated an ideation phase with a whiteboarding session led by Loïc, the CTO, and Julien, the Product Owner. Together, we defined key problems, set objectives, and brainstormed solutions to refine and improve our recruitment platform.

Wireframing
Initially started with different versions of paper sketches which I presented to be challenged and iterate accordingly.

Results
- Increased Efficiency: The new system reduced recruitment times and streamlined TAM and company interactions, though improvements were qualitative based on TAM feedback.
- Positive user feedback: Both TAMs and company representatives noted significant improvements in system usability and functionality.
